Group Classes
If you want to perfect your skills or learn something a bit different to what is taught in class you may want a
one-2-one lesson with a teacher. Lessons can be booked around your schedule and are available most days.

Ready Steady Dance
If your child is aged between 3 and 8 then they will love our Ready Steady Dance Class on a Saturday morning between 9.30-10.15am. We do a bit of everything including, ballroom and latin, cheerleading and freestyle and the children work towards rosettes that they take every three months. They are then awarded a certificate and a sash for them to collect their rosettes on. All our classes are on a pay as you go scheme so you dont have to sign up in advance.
Saturday Classes
Our Saturday programme for children over 8 is a great way to learn a wide range of different dance styles. From 10.15 - 3.00pm we offer several different classes, (see timetable for more information), including Salsa, Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle, Musical Theatre and Street/Hip Hop. You can do as many or as little as you like so you can come to one class or all of them! And the more you come to the less you pay for each session. In these classes we also work towards medal tests every three months, when the child is awarded a medal and certificate. All our classes are on a pay as you go scheme so you dont have to sign up in advance.
New Summer School
This year we will be hosting our first ever summer school for children aged 4 - 12+, it will be a week long intensive from 10.00am tip 2.00pm each day with a performance at the end of the week. Ballroom & Latin Classes
Made popular of late by the successful TV series, Strictly Come Dancing. Ballroom and Latin can be danced at weddings or dinner dances. In our classes we incorporate 8 different dance styles. The ballroom dances are waltz, quickstep, foxtrot and tango. The latin dances are rumba, samba, cha cha and jive.
Zumba
Zumba is a combination of hypnotic Latin Rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun and addictive workout, that will help with coordination and fitness. Youll love this fun way to get fit and healthy. Visit our new website specifically dedicated to Zumba: www.zumbasouthampton.com
Commercial Pop
Very similar to street dance this style combines street, pop and lyrical jazz moves to make a fantastic and inspiring new class. Dance to your favourite pop tracks and get fit too.
Tea Dance
Monday Afternoons dont have to be boring! Pop along to our ballroom and latin tea dance, where you can practise your dancing and receive a free cup of tea and a biscuit!
Learn to dance for your wedding
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! You want every detail of your wedding to be perfect, so why not make you first dance as husband and wife memorable? Our expert instructors have been teaching couples to dance for their weddings for many years. We will make this aspect of your wedding planning something fun you can do together. After the wedding is over and you've settled into married life, dancing together will be something you can enjoy together for the rest of your lives! Everyone would love to know how to dance, but most people are afraid of looking awkward. Don't be nervous; anyone can learn to dance and it's easier than you think! We welcome gay and lesbian couples and couples from all faiths.
A range of dance styles are available, from a traditional Wedding Waltz, classic Ballroom, Salsa, Merengue, Swing, Tango, Rock 'n' Roll etc. The lessons are entirely individually tailored to your personal preferences and requirements. You choose the music you would like to dance to and we will teach you the appropriate dance.
Hen Do's
Why not do something that everyone can enjoy no matter what age as part of your hen do? We have done a whole range of different hen parties, including dirty dancing, zumba, grease, ballroom and latin, jive and hip hop! You tell us what you want to dance to and we'll do it!
